How Do I Get Help?

We offer several support options to meet your needs.  You can get assistance with passwords, login issues, multi-factor authentication, or other technical problems.

For students needing password reset assistance or help accessing Moodle, contact our Moodle support line at (866) 471-4255 or click here for online chat.

Online: The most convenient option, you can submit a support request using the service portal, or browse our solution articles.

Over the phone: Call our Help Desk Request line at (252) 738-3258.

In person: Visit the Main Campus Library in Building 2, Room 2205.  

We are open Monday - Thursday, 8am to 5pm; and Friday, 8am to 3pm.
